Your wedding is one of the biggest events in your life. Your wedding photos are an investment in your memories. Hundreds of couples have already chosen me to document their day. I love the energy of a wedding day. I love to capture the little moments which are easily missed. I love creating larger-than-life couture shots of the bride in her gown. I could go on and on to tell you why I love photographing love. But please, don’t simply take my word for it – see what my past clients have said about choosing me as their wedding photographer.
What is your approach to the wedding day?
For the majority of your wedding day you’ll find me acting as a documentary artist, focusing on capturing genuine moments which will best tell the story of your day.
The portrait segment of the day is approached a bit differently. By switching gears with gentle coaching and direction, together we’ll create more stylised portraiture worthy of display.
What about digital negatives?
Digital negatives of the wedding day are included in the package price, meaning that you get the final edited digital files in high resolution JPEG format. The files are easily downloadable in an online gallery with no watermarks.
Do I have to order products through you?
No, but I bet you’ll want to! After seeing the professional-quality gallery wrapped canvas prints, folio boxes, and signature session albums that I offer, many clients decide that it’s worth the investment to create these keepsakes at a far higher quality than printing through a typical print shop.
What are travel costs?
If your wedding is happening over 2 hours away from the Twin Cities area or if it requires a flight, travel costs will apply. Destination weddings are generally 2 nights hotel and a round trip flight out of MSP airport.
How to we book out our date?
Reserving your date requires a 20% reservation deposit. We’ll discuss which package will best suit your wedding and then I’ll send a formal booking proposal to you with payment information. Wedding dates are offered at a first-come, first-served basis which means your date is open to all other inquiries until your proposal is signed and the retainer is paid.
